Our NEA Fieldhouse Speed & Agility Camp is designed for athletes who are serious about improving their speed, power, and overall athletic performance. While this program is a great fit for football players, it’s also perfect for any athlete looking to become more explosive and physically stronger.

Since our athletes are still developing, we focus on safe, age-appropriate strength training rather than traditional weightlifting. Using tools like sleds, kettlebells, power bands, hex bars, and plyometric training, athletes will build strength, improve acceleration, increase explosiveness, and develop the athletic foundation needed to compete at a higher level.

This isn’t an easy workout—but that’s the point. If you’re willing to work, compete, and grind, this is the place to be.
